Natalie and Benaiah
Natalie Kaunley and Benaiah Snider May 30, 2008; Central Assembly of God
Natalie Kaunley and Benaiah Snider were friends in high school, but they didn’t start dating until Natalie graduated from college. After dating for three months, they got engaged at a family reunion at Table Rock Lake.
The bride is the daughter of Sam and Ruth Kaunley of Springfield, and the groom is the son of Tim and Betty Snider of Walnut Shade.
Natalie and Benaiah exchanged their vows at Central Assembly of God in front of an estimated 500 guests. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, the couple chose to serve a variety of cupcakes, so guests could choose among spice cake, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. At the top of the cupcake stand was the bride and groom’s wedding cake. The Flower Merchant prepared flowers of red roses and white peonies. Music was prepared by the couple themselves, and included mixed CDs of several jazz artists. The food was prepared by College of the Ozarks.
After honeymooning in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple has returned to Missouri and is currently building a house in Walnut Shade. Natalie works at Citizens National Bank, and Benaiah is employed with City Utilities.
